Its a long trip by any standards. It'll take 15 hours from Ancourage and 1 day and 7 hours from Vancouver, BC.

A better opition is to fly. Alaska Air/Horizon Air will fly you from Ancourage or Vancouver to Glacier Bay. Check out their website, alaskaair.com
