From New Delhi there is an overnight bus to Manali that takes between 16-20 hours. It’s tough, but cheap, and they won’t ask much extra to throw all your touring gear on as well.
Too far to consider unless you are rich.
You can fly from New Delhi to Bhuntar which is 10 km from Manali. Its expensive but saves the tiring bus trip. Archana and Jagson airlines both do the route. |
